Rat Buddy is a giant mutant rat that is reluctant of things, his close best bud is Bullet who is the dumb cat of the bunch. Basically Paul, a mad scientist created all of them. Anyway if you feel like blowing chunks at passing cars, please don't instead sit back and read 20 year of Rat Buddy.
Funny, that is my son's theory. He doesn't believe that just one man does it all. Of course, he's the practical type.
